TNA Impact Recap- 5/13/2010
The show opens up with Eric Bischoff, RVD, AJ Styles and Jeff Hardy talking about who the best is. Eric Bischoff and RVD make a match between RVD vs. Jeff Hardy vs. AJ Styles for later on the evening as the main event.
The first match of the night saw Tara defeat Taylor Wilde and then beat her up after the match. Later on she had to face Sarita and beat Sarita as well. It was a busy night for Tara.
The next match was Brian Kendrick versus Douglas Williams. Williams still has the X Division Championship belt but Kazarian distracted him and cost him the match. Kendrick has been doing really well in TNA I think eventually he will become TNA X Division Champion.
Generation Me versus Matt Morgan was a no-contest. After the match Samoa Joe came out, and gave Morgan the Musclebuster. After Joe left, Hall and Nash came out with the Feast or Fired briefcase and pinned Morgan to become the new TNA Tag Team Champions.
The next match was Ink Inc. (Jesse Neal and Shannon Moore) vs. Beer Money vs. Motor City Machine Guns vs. Team 3D. It was a wild and crazy match which saw Ink Inc. get the win at the cost of Team 3D’s expense.
Most of the night they were running an angle about how Chelsea, who is Desmond Wolfe’s valet got attacked. She accused Abyss and he got hauled of too jail. Later on in the show Lacey Von Erich exposed Desmond and Chelsea’s plan.
Rob Terry was suppose to face Abyss but then got attacked by Orlando Jordan. OJ then called anyone in the back which prompted Tomko to come out. OJ beat Tomko with a UFC like chokehold.
The Main Event of the evening was AJ Styles vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Rob Van Dam. This was a highly competative match which saw interference from Mr. Anderson. His interference allowed AJ to win the match. After the match Hogan made Anderson go back down to ringside and face Hardy. Eventually Hardy gave Anderson a swanton through a table.
TNA Sacrifice is this Sunday and here is the final card for the PPV.
