2011 NFL Week 10 Predictions
I apologize in advance for not writing the week 9 recap but it’s been a super busy week in sports. There were a lot of great games to choose from this week and I didn’t make these picks lightly so here my bold predictions for this week.
New Orleans Saints (6-3) at 
Atlanta Falcons (5-3)
Both teams have been a little iffy at times this year but the New Orleans Saints seem to be the team to beat in that division this years again. I have to go with the Saints because they seem to be on a roll as of late and the Falcons are up and down and you never know what you’re going to get with them from one week to the next.
Pittsburgh Steelers (6-3) at 
Cincinnati Bengals (6-2)
I never thought I would say this, at least this year but I am going with the Bengals. They have played consistently well throughout the year, which makes getting rid of Carson Palmer look like a genius move. The Steelers dominate one week and get beat bad the next. I am picking the Bengals in a closely contested game this week.
Detroit Lions (6-2) at 
Chicago Bears (5-3)
The Lions are on a roll and every win they have had this year has been a dominant one. I always tell people you never know which Jay Cutler you’re going to get from one week to the next. I believe the Lions defense will continue to dominate like they have been all year. The Lions win a defensive battle on Soldier Field.
New England Patriots (5-3) at 
New York Jets (5-3)
There is no love loss in this rivalry. The Patriots have lost two in a row, and the Jets have won two in a row. I think that’s what you will see on NBC this week. You will see a team with a lot of momentum against a team with very little. The Jets defense is stepping up and the Patriots offense has been mediocre the last two weeks. I think the Jets will win at home and take the division lead.
