NFL Off-Season Moves Taking Place During the 2012 Draft

Over a three day period 32 teams were drafting their future players and building their teams for the 2012 regular season. Here is a recap of what went down this weekend as the draft took place.

-New Orleans Saints signed K John Kasay to a one-year contract.

-Green Bay Packers released OT Chad Clifton. Also released S Nick Collins

-Denver Broncos S Brian Dawkins announced his retirement.

-New York Giants signed DT Shaun Rogers.

-Atlanta Falcon acquired CB Asante Samuel from Philadelphia for a 2012 seventh-round draft pick.

So as you can see the moves were few but they had a ton of impact. Keep checking back for more off-season moves in the NFL. I am sure it’s not over yet.
