This week on the Road to Wrestlemania, we had some bizarre and intense moments along the way. We are almost a month away from Wrestlemania and there is a lot of uncertainty heading into the biggest show of the year. Who is going to shine at Wrestlemania? 1. We all know Drew McIntyre should get a WWE Championship rematch, but with the level Sheamus has been on with him, he should also be in the WWE Championship picture. If Sheamus does not have a major role on Wrestlemania, it will be very disappointing and disheartening.
2. Shane McMahon and Braun Strowman were at it again this week and this time it resulted in Shane insulting Braun, and infuriating the Monster Among Men. It’s even more evident that they are on a collision course heading towards Wrestlemania. The big question is what does Shane McMahon have up his sleeve?
3. One thing that I’m very surprised by is that AJ Styles does not have a clear direction going into Wrestlemania. A superstar of his caliber should have a major role at Wrestlemania. A lot of superstars already have their road determined, so who is worthy enough to face Styles? That is yet to be determined.

1. Edge seems to unhappy with Daniel Bryan going into business for himself, but considering how many people Edge screwed over in his career, he shouldn’t be one to complain. Both have had incredible come back stories and both should be in the Main Event of Wrestlemania. We got a precursor of what could happen if Bryan and Edge are both facing Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania.
2. It’s been a very long time since the Intercontinental Championship has had a very meaningful feud, and right now we are getting one with Big E and Apollo Crews. The attitude change of Crews has been really impressive. It would not shock me a bit if he walks into Wrestlemania as Intercontinental Champion.
3. Seth Rollins brutally attacked Cesaro on Smackdown, but was confronted by Shinsuke Nakamura backstage. The question here is who does Seth Rollins face at Fastlane and Wrestlemania? Both are great choices but who gets to be the stop before the big show and who gets the shine on the most important night of the year? Both Nakamura and Cesaro are very long overdue for a singles push and it seems now that both are getting it.

With NXT getting Women’s Tag Team Championships, this now leaves Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler with less opponents to defend the titles against. It will be the same way for anyone who holds those Championships. The women not going after a singles title need to be heavily pushed and showcased as legitimate tag team contenders. It also might be time to switch up who is partnering up. For example, put Deville and Rose back together. Reunite IIConics, give the Riott Squad the titles, or give the titles to the two multi-generational talents in Tamina and Natalya. I will be curious to see what happens to the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on the way to Wrestlemania and after.
